Costumes
For the homeless shoot we asked becca to wear an old, tatty large jumper with darker colours on it which was perfect for the shoot as the costume fits perfectly into the conventions of a homeless character. As you can see the image to the right she looks depressed and is associated with poorer people in society.

For the flashbacks we asked Becca to wear a bright white t-shirts with blue jeans (to the left), the reason for this is so that the audience can instantly identify that the time period has changed and therefore can realise that the following sequence is a flashback.
For the final flashback whereby we plan to show how she became homeless we asked her to wear a large coat with a dark coloured jumper underneath in order to dampen the mood and inform the audience that this is how she became homeless (to the right).
The reason for 3 different codes of dress is so that the audience can recognise the time difference and flashbacks.
We asked Zack to wear a large coat and a plain t-shirt underneath to give the impression he is a trendy, youthful character and therefore could be a 'model' to the audience
We wanted him to fit the stereotypes of indie-rock bands such as Two Door Cinema Club and Foster the People as people look upto them as role models.
Ollie plays the character of Becca's boyfriend and therefore we needed a casual dress code (jeans, hoodie etc.) We wanted him to appear younger than the performer as the performer is 'narrating' the storyline/ Becca's life.
